This teacher professional development course will teach you about various aspects of classroom management by considering individual students and their needs in a student-led approach. You will learn about designing classroom expectations and aligning natural consequences, building action plans, tracking student behaviors, and implementing strategies to hold students accountable. You will also explore how to communicate behaviors and progress to parents and campus specialists. During your course, you will build a classroom management plan that is ready to be implemented in the classroom and gain access to many resources and planning documents provided within the course.
