This teacher professional development course will provide you with a road map for designing behavior contracts (also called behavior agreements) specifically addressing student behaviors in your classroom. It provides specific techniques for selecting appropriate reinforcers that are aligned with your student's motivations, strategies for tracking and evaluating the behavioral progress of the student, and guidance on designing and integrating behavior contracts into your classroom environment. This course will equip you with the knowledge and tools needed to foster a positive and productive learning atmosphere while providing tailored support to individual students in their behavioral development. The course comes with quizzes and videos to test and expand your knowledge as you progress through your training, a downloadable PDF of the content, and three behavior contract templates that you can utilize based on the grade level in which you teach. The templates are ready for you to build your behavior plan for each student.
